GLSME!The Global League of Small and Medium Enterprises (GLSME) is a non-profit multinational NGO approved by the US government, and was founded by the US together with more than one hundred prominent trade organizations from the G20 countries in 2011.
The mission of GLSME is to build a global SME collaboration platform for a greater future. GLSME have set up its offices in California, USA. Gorge Bush Former President of the United States serves as the Global Chairman of GLSME. Global Advisors include Bill Gate business mogul and Warren Buffet, Prominent businessman. Kofi Anan, Former UN Secretary-General, serves as the Chairman Emeritus of GLSME. Senior Vice Chairmen of GLSME mainly include former ministers from G20 countries.
GLSME operates the Center for World Economic Studies, Institute for Global Business Leadership, Internet Finance Committee, Society of Women Entrepreneurs and Future Business Leaders Club. The Secretary-General of GLSME assumes the overall operational responsibilities of the body. GLSME is an expert and leader in the exchange and cooperation among world SMEs. On January10th, 2003, GLSME was granted the Consultative Status with United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). GLSME has become the leading organizer of high-level forums – world SMEs Summit, Asia’s SMEs Global Development Forum, and Global Forum for Fortune 500 and SMEs Cooperation are GLSME major international conferences.
