AccommodationThe 2018 World Forum on Business Growth and Expansion (WFBGE) organizing committee and sponsors are fully responsible for registered delegates' round trip air tickets which will take participants from their country of residence to the United States and back to their country of residence.
Delegates are responsible for their hotel booking in Houston, Texas, United States. The organizing committee has made arrangement with some suitable hotels, with close proximity to the conference venue, to accommodate conference guests. Contact information of the hotels will be made available upon registration. Preferred rates are available to conference guests. Make sure you reference 2018 WFBGE when making your booking. The time frame of the hotel stay will be from Monday, April 16 - Saturday, April 21, 2018. Delegates' hotel reservation code should be sent, along with the filled registration forms and scanned page of international passport, to confirm their participation and to facilitate the processing of their entitled traveling documents.
